Who We Are
Kappa House is a private social community and digital sorority that hosts virtual events, including age-restricted (18+) experiences, via Discord and our website.
Eligibility
- Users must be 13 years or older to access our Discord community (per Discord’s TOS).
- Certain events, rooms, or roles are restricted to verified users aged 18 or older.
- Misrepresentation of age may result in permanent ban or removal from events.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The security of your own Discord account
- Complying with all rules posted in the server
- Not sharing restricted or sensitive content beyond allowed areas
- Acting respectfully within all interactions (verbal and written)
Age Verification
- Age verification for 18+ events may be conducted via third-party tools.
- Kappa staff reserves the right to deny or revoke access to age-restricted events if information provided is unclear or misleading.
- Verified 18+ status may be stored as a role or tag in the Discord server, unless revoked.
Community Guidelines
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any member or staff
- Share NSFW content outside of designated spaces
- Attempt to bypass verification systems or impersonate others
- Use Kappa platforms for spam, solicitation, or illegal activity
- Interfere with events, bots, or internal systems
Violations may result in temporary or permanent removal from our platforms.
Intellectual Property
All branding, media, and content under the Kappa House name — including graphics, logos, written copy, and event concepts — are owned by Kappa House unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or redistribute any materials without permission.
Use of Bots and Automations
- We may use bots for moderation, verification, and event support.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse bot systems.
- Bot interactions may log limited data to enforce community standards or improve functionality.
Event Participation
By joining our events, you understand and agree that:
- Some content may be mature or themed for adult audiences
- You are responsible for your own conduct in event spaces
- Kappa reserves the right to remove any participant at our discretion
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or ban users who violate our Terms or community rules
- Modify roles, verification status, or event access at any time
- Delete or disable access to the server or website without notice
